Hourly
This is a flat hourly rate that can be applied to anything not already covered in your package. Our hourly rate is $60.00. Billing is done in 15-minute segments. The following list is some of the additional services that can be added to your package.
A La Carte
These are the things that can be added to any package that does not already include them:
General Event Planning Guidance
~ Create a personal calendar to keep you on track throughout the planning process
~ Develop a schedule of events for all relevant participants
~ Provide you with planning templates
~ Meet regularly to update progress
~ Event Budget Formulation and Guidance
~ Prepare a customized wedding budget to manage budgeted and actual costs; and to allow for vendor comparisons
~ Update wedding budget on a periodic basis (timing to be agreed upon with Client)
~ Provide pricing guidance on vendor proposal evaluations and purchases
~ Assist with registering
Event Design
~ Assist with developing the overall event concept and design details.
~ Research and present design ideas on how to incorporate the overall theme into various ceremony and reception décor elements.
~ Design, procure and assemble design elements.
Vendor Management
~ Assist you in finding a venue for your event
~ Research vendors and suppliers based on budget and requirements
~ Provide shortlists of vendors and suppliers for you to consider.
~ Accompany you to vendor interviews and other meetings whenever possible.
~ Assist in finalizing contracts.
~ Become the primary point of contact on our behalf to vendors as instructed by Client
Guest Management
~ Design and/or procure, assemble, address and mail Save-the-Dates and invitations.
~ Coordinate RSVPs
~ Coordinate lodging and transportation arrangements
"Week-of" Assistance
~ Assemble and distribute out-of-town guest welcome gifts
~ Coordinate "welcome parties", rehearsal dinner, day-after brunch
~ Creation of welcome bags, boxes, or gifts
~ Creation of Bathroom Baskets for the reception location bathrooms
~ Decorate the Honeymoon suite on Your Wedding Night.
Consultation
Provide in-person, phone or email consultation prior to wedding date on topics such as, but not limited to, etiquette, design, and logistics. This will be charged on an hourly basis.
Destination Weddings
Destination weddings are becoming more popular recently as couples see it as an opportunity to get away and to have a very intimate event. Wedding Concepts will assist you in finding that perfect venue and in planning a memorable event for you and your guests. We can coordinate with on-site event professionals and assist with state-side planning activities.
