Day-of Coordination

This package is for the couple who would like to plan their wedding themselves, but want professional coordination on their wedding day.  This package is designed for the couple that has had everything under control from the time he proposed. They just need an expert to make sure that they are on the right track.
~     Initial 1 hour consultation
~     1 detailed meeting occurring 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding
~     Review of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception plans, including site visits
~     Unlimited phone and email access to the coordinator
~     Confirmation of all vendor arrangements
~     Creation of schedule for participants and vendors on wedding day
~     Oversee set up of ceremony and rehearsal sites
~     Provide rehearsal and wedding day coordination and direction
~     Oversight of entire ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)
~     An "Emergency Kit" so we are prepared for anything that day
