Coordination

This is our full service package. It is designed for Couples that are too busy to do all the time consuming coordinating. It includes all of the following:
~     Initial 1 hour consultation
~     Up to 10 detailed meetings with the wedding coordinator
~     Budget planning and management
~     Assistance with venue selection for both the ceremony and reception
~     Assistance with vendor selection and tips on how contract negotiation should go
~     Scheduling and attendance at vendor meetings
~     Creative design and theme development
~     Comprehensive wedding checklist that is updated on an ongoing basis
~     Regular brief progress meetings
~     Advice and recommendations related to all printed materials for the wedding
~     Assisting and preparing seating chart and layout of the ballroom
~     Creation of schedule for participants and vendors on the wedding day
~     Etiquette Advice
~     Coordination, setup, and direction of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
~     Oversee set up of ceremony and rehearsal sites
~     Confirmation of all vendor arrangements
~     Unlimited email and phone access to coordinator
~     Locate and secure out-of-town guest accommodations
