This partial service coordination package is for couples who would like to plan the wedding themselves but also need professional assistance throughout the process. It includes the following:
~     Initial 1 hour consultation
~     Up to 5 detailed meeting, 1 occurring 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding
~     Budget planning and advice
~     Vendor recommendations and contract review
~     Décor and Theme advice
~     Regular brief progress meetings
~     Etiquette Advice
~     Creation of schedule for participants and vendors on the wedding day
~     Confirmation of all vendor arrangements
~     Oversee set up of ceremony and rehearsal sites
~     Coordination and direction of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
~     Unlimited phone and email access to the coordinator
~     A professional assistant can be present on the wedding day for an additional fee
